La Vanoise

On July 6th 1963 La Vanoise was created in the French Alps (Savoie). It consists in 53 500 hectares and hosts 36 900 inhabitants.
Its flora and its fauna are amazing.
There are 2100 alpin abex, 6000 chamois, 125 nesting birds and 20 couples od Eagles...
It is surrounded by numerous skiing spots.
La Vanoise attracts many tourists who love hiking, skiing, eating nice cheese (Beaufort...).
